About The Award

In order to receive the Quality Dealer Award, dealerships must first be nominated by a member or sponsor of SDIADA. Then, applicants must meet the following criteria:
  • Adhere to the NIADA Code of Ethics

  • Be a long-time member of SDIADA

  • Have the necessary credentials to compete in the NIADA contest

  • Support NIADA by attending SDIADA and NIADA conventions

  • Be an active member of SDIADA by performing association duties and sharing knowledge

  • Offer exceptional service to customers

  • Maintain the highest standards in their employee and business associate relationships

  • Have a positive record with the Better Business Bureau

  • Keep an attractive and clean lot

  • Present customer and employee testimonial letters

  • Present business and personal letters of recommendation

  • Have a demonstrated record of community service
